The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) and the Client Service Telephone Operator are an integral parts of the Client Services Department and are key contributors to Cornell University Veterinary Specialists (CUVS)’s service culture.


As “the face” and “the voice”of CUVS, these roles play a critical role in client’s and guest’s first and last impression of our organization and sets the standard for the professionalism, efficiency and competency our clients and guests should expect throughout their relationship with us.
